All products in stock in our online store are directly available for dispatch. The product will be shipped within 1 business day once the order is confirmed.
We can ship any quantity of products to any destination.
We use Loomis Express delivery service. It's fast and dependable. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will have it within 2 business days (This may vary depending on the shipping address, province and country.)
All orders must be fully paid in advance, including shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable except in cases of failed delivery under the terms of our Delivery Guarantee.
If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier directly to obtain information, and arrange a credit refund or re-delivery at no further expense to you.
Shipping cost is free for those buyers who have greater than $500 CADs(before tax) purchase within Canada.
For customers whose shipping address is in GTA area with a one-time purchase of less than $500 CADs(before tax), the shipping cost is CAD $9.99, and for those outside GTA area the shipping cost will be CAD $12.97.

Do you take care of shipping paperwork?
Small mistakes on the paperwork can cause annoying delays or even unnecessary extra charges! So our Shipping Team ensure that everything is accurately filled in for smooth delivery to any destination. But we will not be responsible for any missed parcle or other cost incurred due to your filling of wrong address.
Online Shopping return, refund, exchange and cancellation
Customers can cancle their order any time before the order is shipped. (The order is usually shipped on the first business day after the day the order is confirmed.)
Subject to inspection of returned item(s), customers may request for a refund with us within (30) days, or request a one-to-one exchange within the specific product's warranty period. For refunds (within 30days) all items being returned must be returned in their original packaging and must be in re-sellable condition.
Qplusled.com reserves the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for all returned items, and Shipping costs are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping of returning product to Qplusled.com.
After thirty (30) days from date of delivery and within the product's warrantied period, Qplusled.com will, subject to inspection, repair the defective item or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and any other costs involved with returning the defective product(s) back to Qplusled.com in a protected packing. Qplusled.com will refund the shipping cost after the exchange transaction.
The customer must provide the original invoice (Either PayPal confirmation or Qplusled.com Confirmation) for all refund or exchange transactions. All warranty, refund or exchange requests will NOT be processed if the customer cannot provide original invoices. It is customer's responsibility to keep all the invoices. Broken warranty seals on goods void all warranties and returns where warranty and return can be made.
Custom clearance & taxes
Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, Qplusled.com will assist you fully. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country: in most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.
Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country - and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred.
Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.
